Stargazing on the High Line

Shoot for the stars with us!

Walk the High Line park at sunset and peer at the night sky through the Amateur Astronomers Association’s high-powered telescopes.

Stargazing takes place every Tuesday through October (weather permitting). Enter the High Line park at 13th Street, just a few blocks downtown from The High Line Hotel.

After you spot Cassiopeia, seek refreshment at our Remote View cocktail garden. The Interstellar — a blend of vodka, strawberry lemonade, crème de cassis and mint — is particularly out of this world!

Stargazing on the High Line is subject to cancellation due to overcast conditions or inclement weather. If a stargazing session needs to be canceled, confirmation will be posted on the @highlinenyc Twitter feed by 3 PM on the day of the event.
