WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?
Check-in is at 4 PM ET. Please note that guests must be 21 years old to check into the hotel.

WHAT TIME IS CHECKOUT?
Checkout is at 11 AM ET.

ARE THERE CONNECTING ROOMS?
Due to the nature of our historic property, we do not have connecting rooms.

DO YOU HAVE ROLLAWAY BEDS?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our property, we do not offer rollaway beds.

ARE CRIBS AVAILABLE?
No, we do not offer cribs. However, we do have a limited amount of Pack ’n Plays available upon request for no additional cost.

IS THE BEDDING HYPOALLERGENIC?
Guestroom bedding contains feathers. Hypoallergenic bedding is available upon request; please request at the time of booking.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
We are a dog-friendly hotel — there are no fees! Please note that dogs may not be left unattended in guestrooms. Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome cats and other pets. Please email info@thehighlinehotel.com to let us know if your furry friend will be joining your reservation.

WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY?
Please note there is no smoking inside The High Line Hotel, whether in the lobby or the guestrooms. Smoking is also not permitted on our back patio or in our front garden. There is a $300 fee for guests who do not comply.

IS CASH ACCEPTED?
We do not accept cash as a method of payment. Please note that tips for the staff are only accepted in cash.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR INCIDENTALS?
Upon check-in, a $50 per day hold for incidentals will be placed on your credit card. If no incidentals are required at the end of your stay, the hold will be released on the day of your departure. Depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to return to your available balance.

WHAT IN-ROOM AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED?
Each guestroom includes amenities from C.O. Bigelow (shampoo, conditioner, body gel and lotion). Hair dryers and makeup mirrors are also available in each bathroom.

WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE BY REQUEST?
Forgot something? Give the front desk a call! We keep Q-tips, shower caps, toothpaste, sewing kits and electric water kettles on hand.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DAILY FACILITY FEE?
The daily facility fee of $36.22 plus tax includes Wi-Fi, unlimited local and international phone calls, day passes to Chelsea Piers Fitness at Pier 60, seasonal Shinola bike rentals with map and luggage storage upon arrival and departure.

IS WI-FI INCLUDED?
Yes, fast Wi-Fi is included in the facility fee. No password is needed!

DOES THE TELEVISION HAVE SMART TV CAPABILITIES?
Guestroom televisions do not have smart TV capabilities, but there are a number of cable channels to choose from!

DOES THE TELEVISION HAVE HDMI PORTS?
Guestroom televisions do not have HDMI ports.

IS THERE A RADIO IN THE ROOM?
No, guestrooms do not have radios.

IS THERE A SAFE IS THE ROOM?
Yes, there is a safe in every guestroom closet.

DO GUESTROOMS HAVE CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING?
Yes, the hotel has central air. In the winter, the cooling function is turned off, and the heating system is switched on. Additionally, we have heaters and fans available upon request.

DO YOU OFFER IN-HOUSE LAUNDRY?
No, we do not offer in-house laundry. However, we can recommend laundry services within walking distance!

DO GUESTROOMS HAVE AN IRON AND IRONING BOARD?
Yes, an iron and ironing board are provided in each guestroom closet.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING?
Valet parking is not available, nor do we have a parking lot. However, Edison ParkFast across the street offers overnight parking.

$69 for SUV or larger vehicle

Please note that payment is accepted at the garage, not the hotel.

WHAT ARE THE BAR HOURS?
In the spring, summer and fall, our Remote View cocktail garden is open Sunday through Thursday from 3 PM to 11 PM and Friday through Saturday 11 AM to 11 PM.

In the winter, our Lobby Bar is open 5 to 10 PM daily.

We are also happy to recommend restaurants in the neighborhood — pick up one of our custom Chelsea bike maps or give the front desk a call!

WHAT TIME IS LAST CALL FOR DRINKS AT THE BAR?
Last call is 15 minutes before closing time.

IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED?
Breakfast is not included in room rates.

Intelligentsia coffeebar is open every day at 7:00 AM in our lobby. We are also happy to recommend restaurants in the neighborhood — pick up one of our custom Chelsea bike maps or give the front desk a call!

DO YOU HAVE ROOM SERVICE?
No, we do not offer room service.

Intelligentsia coffeebar is open every day 7:00 AM to 5 PM in our lobby. Order ahead via Toast for pick-up.

IS THERE A REFRIGERATOR IN THE ROOM?
Yes, each guestroom has a small refrigerator.

ARE THERE ICE MACHINES ON EACH FLOOR?
No, ice is available upon request. Please call the front desk!

CAN I HAVE PACKAGES DELIVERED TO THE HOTEL?
Yes, we can hold up to three parcels at no charge. If you have more than three packages, fees may be attached on a case-by-case basis depending on the size of the items.

WHERE IS THE CLOSEST PHARMACY?
There is a CVS Pharmacy located on 500 West 23rd St., New York, NY 10011 — only a three-block walk from the hotel!

HOW FAR IS THE AIRPORT?
John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) is 50 to 75 minutes away, and an Uber/Lyft is typically $80 to $120 plus toll, excluding tip. LaGuardia Airport (LGA) is about 35 minutes away, and an Uber/Lyft is typically $50 to $80 plus toll, excluding tip. Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is 30 to 45 minutes away, and an Uber/Lyft is typically $80 to $120 plus toll, excluding tip.

HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY LOST ITEM?
If you forgot an item during your stay, please submit a claim here. If prompted, enter the client identification number 84434. You will receive a response regarding your missing item within 72 hours. Found items must be retrieved within 30 days.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY TRAVEL AGENT COMMISSION?
The High Line Hotel processes all travel agent commissions through Onyx CenterSource.

To check the status of a commission, log in to the Onyx Portal. To request a missing travel agent commission, please submit a dispute via the portal. All other inquiries should also be made via the portal.

Please note processing and payment of a commission usually takes 30 business days.
