When The Sun Sets Over Chelsea It's The Golden Hour

A dazzling summer dining experience is on the horizon at The Golden Hour restaurant in The High Line Hotel’s garden. From Krystof Zizka and Joshua Boissy, the team behind the James Beard Award-winning Brooklyn restaurant Maison Premiere and Greenpoint’s Sauvage, The Golden Hour is set in a lush tropical paradise with Brooklyn-made brass accents. Come for the soft sunset glow and stay for the signature cocktails, raw bar and delicious seasonal fare.

Toast brilliant summer nights with inventive cocktails from bar director Will Elliott including:

  • El Draque, a Brazilian predecessor to the mojito made with cachaça, lime and yerba buena.
  • Pimm’s Golden Cup, a summer tradition of London gin, ginger and borage.
  • Frozen Blue Kapalua, a play on the Blue Hawaii tiki classic with a blend of rums, fresh pineapple and curaçao.
  • Frozen Negroni with Spanish vermouth from Jerez and punctuated by seasonal citrus.
